Born in Vicenza Riccardo has worked in Small and Medium companies in the Production and Technical Areas. In 2010 he has applied for the first time the principles and methods of Lean Thinking in a project of reorganization of a manufacturing process. A convinced supporter of Lean Thinking, he has applied it in many projects both in the manufacturing and technical development area. He attended the fifth Master in Lean Management at CUOA FOUNDATION’s Lean Centre. His main distinctive features are determination, creativity and leadership. His deep- seated conviction is that theory and practice must go together: the one does not bear fruit without the other.
