Born in Camposampiero (PD), she graduated in Organization and Human Resources in Milan and in Social and Local Development, in Alessandria. She is particularly interested in Human Resource Management and her experience includes promotion of training courses and teaching. Presently she works with GC&P and is in charge of planning and promoting its Master Classes and Workshops. She is also in charge of communication activities. Cecilia speaks Italian and English.
