Electronic invoicing: a unique opportunity to make administrative processes lean

From January 2019 all invoices issued in Italy shall be electronic: pdf files or hard copies will not be allowed anymore. Is this another cumbersome requirement from the Italian Government? We at GC&P think it is not: electronic invoicing will be a unique opportunity to streamline administrative processes and make them much more effective, fast and efficient. In a word, to make them lean.
