How to prevent crisis situations through Lean Organization
D.L. 14 of 2019 decrees that every company must set up adequate organizational measures to prevent crisis situations. GC&P has developed a model that allows not only to abide by the new rules, but to develop sales and improve profitability following the principles of Lean Thinking.

What are the “adequate organizational measures”?
In a nutshell they are an organizational model that includes various tools like cash flow, budget, management accounting, financial indicators, risk analysis etc. These tools allow management to monitor company performances and prevent possible crises.

Our workshop is intended for Entrepreneurs, Chief Executive Officers, Managers and Chief Financial Officers.

We will expose the new rules and present our Model/Kit GC&P that helps companies to expand their business and at the same time to monitor their financial health in a way perfectly in line with the new law.
