Public procurement in Germany: an opportunity for Veneto SMEs?

21 November 2019 | ore 09:30 - 13:00

GC&P proposes a workshop to provide a practical guide to select, apply and hopefully win public tenders in Germany. These tenders can be issued by local public institutions like regions or municipalities or by special institutions like hospitals, schools etc.

Most of them are open to companies registered in any of the EU countries.

Who can be interested?

We propose this event to entrepreneurs, marketing managers, export managers, R&D managers, chief financial officers of small and medium companies especially in the following sectors: public works design, furniture for schools, hospitals and other functional institutions, street furniture, technical clothing etc.

Our teachers in this workshop will be:

Elisa Massi, technical translator for French and German languages, international trade expert certified by Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Munich, who lives and works in Munich

Steffen Müller, lawyer and expert in public procurement who lives in Munich too.

Workshop Programme

We will deal with the following themes:

  • What are the most interesting sectors for our Veneto SMEs?
  • How is it possible to select the tenders that are best for my company?
  • Is it easy to prepare an application?
  • Are there guidelines to follow to improve one’s probability to get the contract?
  • Once the tender is won what is to be done and how?
