As part of our Academy on Experiential Training, in cooperation with Treviso Basket and Virosac, we will devote to Team Building a whole day open to all companies willing to understand and experience, this time on a basketball court, how to set up a successful team.

Our Workshop will have the following structure and will focus on the following themes:

• Meeting in the locker room
• How to create a winning team
  Virosac’ experience, with Cesare Casagrande, Chief Executive Officer.
• The basics of a successful team, with Gianesin, Canepari & Partners Team
  • Clear and shared objectives
  • Roles
  • The basic role of resilience in facing today’s market
  • Quality and the capability to turn difficulties into opportunities
• In the court with Andrea Gracis and Treviso Basket Team
• After Match

We will provide participants with a basketball uniform and a locker room with showers will be at their disposal.

We will also offer a buffet at the middle of the day.

Participation fee is € 300 + VAT. A special discount is granted to companies that will participate with more than one person.
