A tool for improving self- awareness and communication with others

Enneagram is a tool, a compass that helps an individual, a team, a company, an organization to understand their own talents as well as their blind spots. This tool helps focus the attention on “What”, “How” and “Why” we communicate, interact and work in a certain way……both at the conscious and unconscious level.

Our workshop will provide an introduction and an experiential approach to Enneagram.

As an active participant, you will have the opportunity to identify your leadership talents and discover what are the additional talents necessary to build your own definition of terms like ‘Leadership’, ‘Self-Fulfilment’ and ‘Success’.

During the event we will deal with the following themes using an experiential approach:
