Inside our training path on Sales, we have chosen to propose a workshop on Customer’s Engagement.
The objective of this workshop is to present a methodology that helps understand what the customer has in mind when he decides to buy.
During the day, we will analyse in depth the following themes:
We will also propose practical exercises.
At midday, we will serve a buffet lunch.
Participants will receive a participation certificate.
Participation fee is € 300 + VAT.
We will grant a discount to companies that will attend with more than one participant. We will grant a special discount to the persons who will enrol for all the four workshops.
