Lean Thinking has revolutionised the way we conceive organisation.

The second meeting of our Lean Road Show will focus on Logistics and more specifically on Kanban, a Lean method to manage stocks and to simplify materials and information flow.

The objective of our meeting is to present the advantages of manual Kanban and the features of IKS Electronic Kanban (e-kanban), one of the few software package worldwide that supports the management of a production process based on the pull logic and makes integration with suppliers fast and flexible.
